Hospital Visits

If you or a loved one are, or will be, in the hospital in the Des Moines area, Hope’s Hospital Visitation Team is available to offer prayer, encouragement, and support. To schedule a pastoral call, or to have the on-call pastor visit, please complete the form below or call the Care Team at 515-222-1520.
 
Please note: once admitted to the hospital, the hospital staff may also ask if you would like your church to be notified. Please still make sure to reach out to us to ensure a member of Hope’s Hospital Visitation Team is aware and can schedule a visit.
